Wye serves deployment-scoped configuration at the edge and accepts lightweight client context for feature delivery diagnostics.

• Deployment-scoped Every integration carries an opaque dep_… identifier.
• Cache-friendly Configuration responses include ETag and short public cache controls.
• Browser-safe Client calls are asynchronous, accept an empty 204, and do not block the host application.
